Ingredients:

The ingredients needed are:

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1-2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sultana Raisins
  • 1 cup Golden Raisins

Directions:

Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together in a mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, honey and vanilla.
In a bowl, whisk oats, AP flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until nicely blended.
Stir on the lowest speed the oats, ap flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and raisins.
Drop 1 tbsp. of cookie dough on a lined baking sheet approx. 2 inches apart
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes then place them on a cooling rack.
Makes approximately 30 cookies.
