Delicious Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These oatmeal raisin cookies are sweet, chewy and really easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1-2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sultana Raisins
  • 1 cup Golden Raisins

Method
 

  1. Directions:
  2. Cream butter and sugars together in a mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs, honey and vanilla.
  4. In a bowl, whisk oats, AP flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until nicely blended.
  5. Stir on the lowest speed the oats, ap flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and raisins.
  6. Drop 1 tbsp. of cookie dough on a lined baking sheet approx. 2 inches apart
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes then place them on a cooling rack.
  9. Makes approximately 30 cookies.
