Teriyaki Paneer

Teriyaki Paneer Recipe

This Amazingly delicious Teriyaki Paneer Recipe is so easy to make and makes a  Great Vegetarian Meal option! It is super simple to make with only a few ingredients. Great to top a salad, grain bowl or even add to a stir fry. I fried the paneer in very little oil, making this quick and easy.

Recipe Idea: Farro Salad with Roasted butternut squash, spiralized zucchini, topped with the teriyaki paneer. I made a Honey Lime & Ginger Vinaigrette and topped the grain bowl with roasted slivered almonds, fresh basil, and dried cranberries. This was outstanding.

Prepare the Marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the Paneer in the Teriyaki Sauce for at least 1 hour or longer.

In a medium sized frying pan, add oil over medium heat. Using a slotted spoon and add the paneer to the pan reserving the teriyaki marinade. Carefully fry the paneer until just browned. Turning each piece and browning all sides. This should not take long, so watch carefully not to burn the paneer.

Once browned, add the reserved teriyaki sauce into the frying pan and toss everything together quickly. Remove from the heat and add in fresh green onion (optional).

Serve how you desire!
