What Is Bulgar & Vermicelli?
A bulgur and vermicelli blend combines two versatile ingredients to create a flavorful and textured base for various dishes. Bulgur is a whole grain made from cracked wheat kernels that are parboiled and dried, while vermicelli is a type of pasta, typically made from wheat flour, formed into thin strands. When combined, bulgur and vermicelli offer a unique combination of nutty flavor from the bulgur and a delicate texture from the vermicelli.
