These oatmeal raisin cookies are truly exceptional, thanks to the richness of brown sugar, the warmth of cinnamon, and a generous amount of plump raisins. They retain a soft and chewy texture, bursting with incredible flavour in every bite. These cookies are easy to make, and freeze well.

What is your favourite go-to cookie? For me, there is nothing better than these Oatmeal Raisin cookies and my second favourite cookie would be a Homemade Peanut Butter Cookie.

These chewy treats are crafted with love, combining the hearty goodness of rolled oats with the sweetness of plump raisins. Softened butter and a blend of white and brown sugars create a rich, velvety texture, while a hint of vanilla adds depth to each bite.
