- In a small saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the monk fruit sugar and water. Add in the electrolyte packet and stir. To a large pitcher add in the orange pekoe and green tea bags. Add the 4 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir and let steep for approximately 7-10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and then add the fruit, mint and the syrup. Give it all a good stir and then chill. Serve in a tall glass filled with ice and add a sprig of mint to the top and enjoy!
