The Ultimate Italian Slider Sandwiches

Golden, buttery Hawaiian rolls layered with savory Italian deli meats, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, and a touch of zesty flavor—these Italian Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. Hawaiian rolls sliced horizontally
  • 12 slices salami
  • 12-16 slices honey oven roasted deli turkey
  • 6-8 slices provolone cheese
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes optional
Fresh Topping
  • cups shredded head lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ¼ cup tri-colored hot pepper rings + 1–2 tbsp juice
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • cup grated parmesan
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer turkey, salami, and provolone evenly. Replace top buns.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Brush over tops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Mix all dressing ingredients for the fresh topping. Toss with lettuce, onions, and peppers.
  7. Remove top buns, spoon fresh topping over sliders, replace tops, slice, and serve immediately.
  8. Serve with crinkle cut potato chips for the perfect combo!
