To make the burgers, mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and shape into patties. For this recipe I made slider sized burgers and made 6 burgers with 1 lb. of ground chicken.
Cooking Instructions:
Grilling: I like to grill my burgers. I start out using a perforated grilling tray on a medium-high grill. Cook for 7 minutes. Flip them over and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Place the burger patties directly on the grill and continue to cook for 3 more minutes on each side.
Frying pan/Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add olive oil to a pan and add the burger patties once pan is hot. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Place the burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
