Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with roasted garlic, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sprouts are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through cooking
- Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven.

Roasting Garlic Instructions:
- Take 1 head of garlic and slice the top off.
- Place the head of garlic on a piece of tin foil.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the garlic and then roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the garlic is softened.
