These irresistible Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts is easy to make and so delicious! Featuring roasted garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and zesty lemon zest for a flavorful twist!
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 head roasted garlic see below
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with roasted garlic, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sprouts are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through cooking
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven.

Roasting Garlic Instructions:
Take 1 head of garlic and slice the top off.
Place the head of garlic on a piece of tin foil.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap the garlic and then roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the garlic is softened.
