Method
For the Salad
- To begin, roughly chop the kale and cabbage before placing it the food processor.
- Add the Kale and Cabbage to the food processor and chop until very fine consistency.
- Add the red pepper, chopped nuts, green onions, shredded carrots and serrano peppers.
For the Dressing
- Whisk the peanut butter, rice vinegar, honey, tamari or soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix the dressing into the kale salad and enjoy!
