Preheat your oven to 400°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
In a small mixing bowl or blender, smash the bananas down into a smooth paste
Pour the entire package of Quaker Bran Muffin Mix into a large bowl.
Add in the water, eggs, vanilla, and smashed bananas
Stir until well blended
Spoon batter into muffin pans 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
You can store the muffins in Ziploc bags and freeze them.
