Easy Rotisserie Chicken Wrap

These easy chicken wraps are packed with flavour and so easy to make! Made with a rotisserie chicken, cooked up bacon, parmesan cheese, and some French's Crispy Onions, all tossed in a homemade Caesar sauce and wrapped up to perfection! It is so good!
Ingredients for the Caesar Wrap
- 1 rotisserie chicken chopped
- 4-5 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 head of romaine finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese shaved or finely grated (your preference)
- French’s Crispy Onions
- Pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp. Caesar sauce, recipe to follow
Ingredients for the Caesar Sauce
- * 2/3 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- * 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- * 2 tbsp. sugar
- * 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- * 1 tbsp. lemon
- * 1 clove garlic minced
- * 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- * Salt & Pepper to taste

I like to make one wrap at a time. Here's how it goes: In a large bowl, add enough lettuce for 1-wrap, approximately 2 cups of romaine. Add about 1-cup of chopped chicken, bacon, some parmesan cheese and pepper. Spoon 2-3 tbsp. of the Caesar Sauce and then use tongs and toss everything together. Place everything onto the wrap. I like to add a tiny bit more sauce at this point. Top the mixed salad with those French's Crispy Onions and a sprinkle of pepper before you wrap it all up!
