Prepare the Ribs: Remove membrane from back of ribs
Place the ribs in a ZipLoc Bag. Pour 2-3 cans of coca cola. Add enough to cover the ribs.
Refrigerate and Marinate ribs for 24 hours.
Drain the marinade and place the ribs on a baking sheet. Dry the ribs with paper towels really good.
Preheat oven to 300°F
Spread Gram’s BBQ Sauce over the ribs.
Add the following: brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, fennel, celery seed, salt & pepper. Rub the spices and sauce into the ribs.
Cover the ribs in tin foil. Place the ribs onto a parchment lined baking sheet (for easy cleaning)
Bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender
Open the tin foil up and brush the ribs with your favourite bbq sauce. Place the ribs back into the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes until sauce caramelizes
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
