Chicken Meatballs

Ground chicken meatballs seasoned with Italian herbs and spices and simmered in your favourite sauce. Easy recipe and can be used for spaghetti, subs, and a great topper for pizza!
- 1 pkg. ground chicken
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Salt & pepper
To a small bowl, add in the milk and parmesan cheese. Let sit for 5 minutes.To a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with the spices. Add the remaining ingredients including the milk/parmesan mixture.Shape into meatballs on a lined baking sheet. Bake a 400 degrees for 20 minutesIn a saucepan, add your favourite pasta sauce and the meatballs. simmer for 10-15 minutes.
