Aunt Fran's Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing
My Aunt Fran's Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is easy to make and is a real crowd pleaser. This recipe has been in the family for generations and continues to be a hit!
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic I use 4
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup white sugar
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes. Place in a mason jar and it stays good for 2 weeks.
