Easy Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes

The taste of cubed roasted sweet potatoes is naturally sweet, caramelized on the outside and tender on the inside which creates a contrast of crispy edges and soft center. 

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 -2 tsp. agave
  • 2 tbsp. Extra Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and agave nectar until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the cubed sweet potatoes with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure that the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, flipping once around 16 minutes.
  • Use in salads, buddha bowls, or a simple side dish. Enjoy!
