Bruschetta with Burrata Recipe

This delicious bruschetta recipe combines creamy burrata with juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, and balsamic glaze on a crispy baguette. Perfect for a light lunch or appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • For the Bruschetta:
  • 1 large baguette sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 5-7 medium tomatoes diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • For the Burrata:
  • 1 large Fresh Burrata Ball
  • 1 Large Baguette, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until they are lightly golden brown.In a fine mesh colander, combine the diced tomatoes, green onion, oregano, garlic, basil and pepper.Let everything hang out for approximately 10 minutes stirring once or twice in between.Drain the liquid from the bowl and then add the seasoned tomatoesAdd balsamic vinegar and olive oil to the tomato mixtureMix all ingredients well until everything is evenly coated.Spoon the tomato mixture over the toasted baguette slices, dividing it evenly among the slices.Serve immediately while still warm or at room temperature.
