Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, orange juice, garlic ginger, green onions, honey, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Add in Fresh herbs such as chopped basil, and parsley.
Add the ground pork to a mixing bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a potato masher, until browned and cooked through.
Once browned drain and clean the skillet. Place the meat back into the frying pan.
Add the onions, apples, red peppers and water. Saute until the water evaporates approximately 7 minutes
Pour the Asian sauce mixture into the skillet and stir to coat the pork and vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce, has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the ground pork stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice drizzle chilli garlic sauce over everything and enjoy!
