For the Homemade Big Mac Burger Sauce:
Mix the following ingredients and set it aside. mayonnaise, onion, chili garlic sauce, ketchum, mustard, relish or sweet pickle, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.
For the burgers:
Mix lean ground beef with dijon mustard, fresh thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
Roll the meat blend into golf ball sized meatballs. Place one meatball between 2 sheets of parchment paper and SMASH! Press them into a very thin patty.
Add a small amount of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Cook two patties at a time 3 minutes each side. After the first flip, add cheddar cheese to melt it while it finishes cooking.
For the Buns:
Take one burger bun and a bottom bun of a second. So you will have a middle bun. Butter and toast them up in a skillet or airfryer toaster oven.
To Assemble:
Add one burger to the toasted bun, add a dollop of Big Mac Sauce. Top with lettuce, onion, and dill pickle. Add the middle toasted bun. Then add the second burger patty and repeat the topping process. Put the lid on top and there you have it! Delicious Big Mac!
Toast up the buns in an airfryer, or in a skillet.
